Reason:
1)
jaw crusher of The brackets and bracket pads are purchased or remanufactured by themselves, which do not meet the design requirements of the OEM;
2) The fixing bolt of the adjusting seat is loose;
3) The adjustment seat has serious casting defects or welding defects.
Method of exclusion:

1) Replace the adjusting seat and replace the original bracket and bracket pad of the OEM;
2) Replace the adjusting seat and tighten the adjusting seat bolts;
3) Replace the adjustment seat
Spring breakage causes and elimination methods
Reason: When the discharge port is adjusted down, the spring is not loosened.
Remedy: replace the spring.
