  1. The operator should be familiar with the equipment and abide by the factory operation, maintenance, safety and hygiene regulations.
  2. The operator should read the duty record before starting work, and check the equipment to check whether the bolts of each part are loose and whether the machine surface is damaged.
  3. The start of the feeder should follow the sequence of the process system, and it is strictly forbidden to start with a load.
  4. During the operation of the feeder, the load of the feeder should be observed frequently. If the amplitude of the feeder is significantly reduced if the load is too heavy, the feeding amount should be reduced, and the temperature rise of the vibration exciter bearing should be checked frequently. Allow greater than 75 ℃.
  5. The stop of the feeder should be in accordance with the sequence of the process system. Except for special accidents, it is forbidden to stop with material or continue to feed after stopping.
    (3) Lubrication of vibrating feeder?
    The vibration exciter bearing of the vibrating feeder is lubricated with dry oil, and the No. 3 lithium-based grease is injected into the oil cup. The oil filling amount of each bearing is 1/3-1/2 of its cavity volume, and each bearing should be kept The oil volume of the feeder is roughly the same, and the oil is replenished twice a week. After every 400 hours of operation of the feeder, open the hexagonal screw plug under the exciter to discharge the oil in the pipe.

Annual inspection: The vibration exciter should be overhauled, and the vibration exciter should be completely disassembled for cleaning. If the rolling bearing is pitted and cracked, it should be replaced in time.
