Raw ore particle size characteristics of self-grinding process parameters

In the self-grinding process, the raw ore is both the grinding medium and the material to be ground. Due to the former feature, when the particle size composition of the raw ore changes, it is like the change of the ball-to-charge ratio in the ball mill. The productivity and product particle size of the autogenous mill change accordingly, due to the latter feature, when the composition of the raw ore particle size changes. Just as the composition of the feed particle size of the ball mill changes, the productivity and product particle size of the autogenous mill also fluctuate.

If the content of large blocks is large, the impact kinetic energy will be high, which is conducive to the increase of specific power consumption and the phenomenon of over-pulverization in the crushing of medium-sized ore. However, if the particle size of the raw ore is too large and the bulk content is too large, the required grinding time will be prolonged and the grinding efficiency will be low.

The self-grinding machine reasonably configures the quantity of products according to different settings of mining project materials, and sets different quantities of self-grinding machines according to the different output requirements of customers.
