The base bearing and grinding roller bearing are filled with 3# lithium-based grease with a grease gun once in each shift, the analyzer bearing is disassembled and cleaned every six months, and 3# lithium-based grease is added in full, and lithium-based grease is added to the fan bearing chamber grease.

2) It is strictly forbidden for metal blocks to enter the machine, otherwise the grinding rollers, grinding rings, and even the center hanger will be damaged.
3) The feeding should be uniform, not too much or too little. Too much feeding will block the air duct, reduce the output, and easily burn out the motor. Too little feeding will also support the output. Feeding particle size: Hard material is suitable when the diameter is less than 15 mm, and the diameter of soft material can be 20 mm. It is strictly forbidden to add bulk materials into the machine.
4) Fineness adjustment, according to the size, hardness, water content and specific gravity of the material, the thickness of the processing is also different, the analyzer above can be adjusted, the speed is high, the fineness is high, the speed is low, and the fineness is low. If the fineness is increased, the output will be reduced accordingly. If the requirements are not met, the fan speed should be adjusted, and the user can flexibly grasp it.
5) Air volume adjustment: The air volume control valve located on the air intake pipe of the fan is generally opened to the maximum position and adjusted appropriately according to the fineness and output requirements. The regulating valve located on the exhaust pipe of the exhaust gas outlet can be adjusted so that no dust is ejected at the feed port. Small air volume and high fineness. However, it should be noted that if the air volume is too small, materials are easily deposited in the air duct below the main unit, so please adjust it appropriately.
6) The scrap limit of the grinding roller grinding ring, the remaining minimum wall thickness shall not be less than 10mm.
7) When stopping, first stop feeding, and the main engine continues to grind, so that the residual abrasive continues to grind. After about one minute, the main engine motor and analyzer motor can be turned off to stop the grinding work, and then stop the fan motor. to blow off any remaining powder.
