possible reason:
1) The hardness or toughness of the crushed material exceeds the range specified in the instruction manual;
2) The connection position of the motor is reversed, the main engine is turned on in reverse (the movable jaw rotates clockwise), or the delta connection of the motor is connected to a star connection;
3) The discharge port is less than the specified limit;
4) The jaw plate is displaced, and the tooth crest is opposite to the tooth crest;
5) The voltage at the work site is too low;
6) The clearance between the movable jaw and the bearing is too large after wear, which makes the outer ring of the bearing rotate relatively.

Method of exclusion:
1) Replace or increase the european type Jaw crusher;
2) Replace the motor wiring;
3) Adjust the discharge port to the nominal discharge port specified in the manual and add a crusher for fine crushing;
4) Check the tooth pitch size of the tooth plate. If it does not meet the standard, the jaw plate must be replaced, and the relative position of the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw plate must be adjusted to ensure that the tooth top is fixed and pressed to prevent displacement;
5) Increase the voltage of the work site to adapt to the heavy load requirements of the main engine;
6) Replace the bearing or movable jaw.
